Release Notes 1.188 — 2026-08-10

🔧 Improvements

Boat synchronization badge and last sync date display

  • Why: Professionals could not quickly identify on standard rental boat cards whether a vessel was synchronized with an external connector (e.g. MMK, Nausys) or see when it was last updated.
  • What was done: Added a connector status badge (link icon) to the boat card and a tooltip displaying the exact date and time of the last synchronization.

Clear guidance text for expired security deposits

  • Why: When a subscriber's security deposit expired, the notice lacked clear details about the mandatory 3-month renewal interval.
  • What was done: Updated alert messages to state "Your security deposit has expired" along with an explanatory subtitle specifying "The security deposit must be renewed every 3 months."

Clear/delete global translation entries (global_translate)

  • Why: Administrators were unable to clear or remove custom global translation overrides once they had been saved.
  • What was done: Added a clear action in the edit global translation modal to allow deleting custom translations.
  • Why: On Liberty Pass offer cards, users lacked a direct link to the boat's commercial page on the website and could not see the boat's name when matched.
  • What was done: Added an external link to libertypass.club and displayed the matched boat name on offer cards with localized translations.

Display subscriber rental contract for outing management

  • Why: In case of disputes or insurance checks for sea outings, professionals found it difficult to locate the subscriber's rental contract (previously accessible mainly on the subscriber app).
  • What was done: Added a direct PDF download button for the rental contract in the rental booking edit view.

Financial flow view support for annual one-shot payments

  • Why: Subscribers who started in previous years with annual or one-shot payments were not clearly represented in financial flow tables with their monthly equivalent amount.
  • What was done: Added support for one-shot annual payments in financial flow tables, including custom rendering and localized tooltips displaying equivalent monthly amounts.

Fuel consumption history integration in Atelier

  • Why: Fuel consumption data and statistics from telemetry hardware were not accessible directly within the Atelier web interface.
  • What was done: Implemented a side-panel dashboard component dedicated to fuel consumption history and analytics, complete with multi-language support.

Global subscriber count display on boat subscription list

  • Why: Fleet managers could not view the total count of subscribers assigned to a boat at a glance in the subscription list.
  • What was done: Added a global total subscriber count display to the boat subscription list header and view.

Last email invitation date tooltip in crew list

  • Why: In rental crew lists, users could not determine when the last invitation email was sent to crew members.
  • What was done: Added a tooltip to the email sharing icon displaying the date and time of the last sent invitation.

Phone number input validation during owner creation

  • Why: Creating a new owner directly from the boat datasheet ("+" button) used free-form text input, leading to potential formatting errors or invalid numbers.
  • What was done: Replaced standard text inputs with dedicated validated phone input components in the owner creation form.

Phone number validation component across all forms

  • Why: Phone numbers were entered in plain text fields across client, subscriber, and tenant forms, creating formatting inconsistencies.
  • What was done: Replaced plain text inputs with dedicated phone input components featuring input validation across the entire application.

Task template selection in checkpoint editor

  • Why: During maintenance checkpoint configuration, users could not assign specific predefined task templates to be executed.
  • What was done: Added a related task template selector to the checkpoint management editor with full internationalization support.

Updated pricing logic for franchise buy-back calculations

  • Why: Franchise buy-back exports and calculations incorrectly relied on subscription amounts instead of actual offer pricing, causing discrepancies (such as €0 DUO plans).
  • What was done: Modified calculation logic to prioritize selected offer pricing over subscription form input fields.
