This includes your email address, which is your username, as well as a temporary password. You will need this password to log in to the application for the first time.

In this email, you will also find download links for the application for iPhone/iPad or Android smartphones and tablets. From your phone, please click on the appropriate logo.

Note: On the iTunes platform, your iTunes password may be requested to start the download.
