Messaging

Messaging is a tool embedded in the NAUTICONCEPT application to keep track of your discussions with your clients. It is a discussion thread in which you can share information about your maintenance, request validation for an intervention, warn your client about any issue, etc.

Access

Messaging is accessible from the Burger menu, or directly on the home page.

Visual Indicators

The number of messages you have not yet read is indicated in red on the messaging tab. Unread messages are symbolized by a black envelope, and white for read messages.

Create a Message

To write a new message to your client, click on the + button at the top right of the screen, select the client, enter a title for your discussion, and then the body of the message.

Replies and Attachments

In a discussion, you can reply by entering text at the bottom of the page and then clicking "Send", but you can also attach one of the photos present in the application to support an explanation, by clicking on the paperclip.

Notifications

Your client is notified in real time of your messages on their smartphone and you will easily find traces of the discussions you have had with them.
