Schedule and Interventions
From the Burger menu, the "Schedule" link allows access to the schedule and the entire history of interventions made on each boat, by each mechanic.
Display Options
A screen invites you to choose the schedule you wish to display:
- My Schedule: schedule of your performed and planned interventions
- By Boat: interventions for a boat
- By Mechanic: for one of your mechanics
- Global: groups all schedules into a single page
Creating Interventions
A + button at the top right of the screen allows you to plan new interventions. Interventions contain:
- A subject
- A start date/time
- An end date/time
- A description
- An assigned mechanic
Intervention Statuses
The status of the intervention determines the progress on this intervention. By default, it will be set to "New". The different possible statuses are:
- New: intervention requested but not planned
- Validated: validated by the boat owner
- Planned: planned by you
- In Progress: intervention started
- Closed: intervention finished
- Cancelled
Documentation
You can follow interventions on each boat, and in particular, from the tabs appearing at the bottom:
- Add photos taken during the intervention
- Add / complete notes taken by mechanics during interventions
